Think globally. That’s the directive we’ve set ourselves here at MineSpace. On March the 3rd during the launch of our Australia wide pay as you go geoscience software portal, we announced our intention to globally release this system throughout the year. Covering the exploration and geoscience market for now, we intend to keep adding more software following the steps through the mining value chain, with the intention of provide the most comprehensive online pay as you go mining system in the world.

We are not content with just providing our pay as you go software service globally, we want to fuel this software with easily accessible data. Most importantly, drilling data, and also a treasure chest of global resource mapping data.

We want to provide a globalised data network for the resources sector. People won’t have to battle the internet to find tools to get the data they want anymore. Each state on every continent provides a slightly different way of doing this. We want to standardise this globally so it’s easy to use.

We want to do the same thing with data we are doing with software, and that’s to use one tool from one place. It’s a really big deal to get this working. It will change the way the global resource community interacts with resource data.

Sometimes it takes days and weeks to find the right data.  If a company wants to invest in Australia, they can go online and focus on areas of interest and extract that data for their own analysis. This can happen all over the world. We just want companies to have the best opportunity to thrive from day 1.

We’ve set ourselves some lofty goals, but we said we would provide a pay as you go software system, and we have done that and will continue to build on this in years to come. We now intend on integrating a sophisticated but easy to use data component to fuel the industry.
