We understand that companies and individuals have commitments, and sometimes starting a business can be costly, or simply starting and renting a new location is an expensive exercise.

So at our collaborative space, we want to give business and individuals the opportunity to either start or move their existing business to MineSpace for free in an offer only available in January.

We don’t do bonds, so there is no start up cost at MineSpace. Simply move in and start working. Not only that, the first 3 months of a six month contract is free. The table below demonstrates how it works. It’s pretty simple. For the first three months, our space can be used absolutely free, and the following three months are normal rates. There is no obligation to stay longer with us, however there is the option to extend by a further 3, 6, or 12 months.

So just to recap, we don’t have upfront fees or charges such as bonds. The first three months of using an office, desk, or café desk is completely free with no hidden costs. This also includes access to wifi and all the common areas that MineSpace offers.
